This is the place where you get to take up space—and thrive.

I’m Meghan, a feminist, neuroaffirming coach dedicated to helping women in the social impact sector lead with purpose and authenticity—without conforming to neurotypical expectations.

I am also a woman with ADHD, who was not diagnosed until my late 30s, which contributed to many years of battling feelings of overwhelm, self-doubt, and burnout.

I know what it’s like to navigate spaces that were never designed with us in mind — the constant pressure to "do more" or "be less"—all while trying to meet standards that feel suffocating and impossible.

But here’s the truth: These systems were never built for you.

Neurodivergent women don’t need to carry the burden of “not enough”— you need space and support to unmask and be you because You. Are. Enough.

I bring over a decade of experience in social impact, specializing in gender and disability justice. I’ve worked with individuals, groups, and institutions to shift beliefs, behaviors, and organizational cultures. But I’m not just bringing my "expertise"—I’m bringing my lived experience as a neurodivergent woman, a mother of two young neurodivergent boys, and someone who has walked the very path I now guide others through.

This lived experience fuels my coaching style and process.

My coaching isn’t about "managing better" or teaching you to mask better. It’s about liberation. It’s about untangling the stories that tell you, you’re "too much" or "not enough." It’s about navigating the systems that created those stories and co-creating a definition of success that works for you.

This is where I come in.

I help you bring sense to the “messy middle” of navigating neurotypical worlds. Together, we’ll take a journey to a place where you are fully visible in your neurodivergent brilliance and thriving, so you can do your most impactful work.

Your work matters. So does your life.

Let’s make space for both.

As women in social impact, you're deeply invested in creating a better world—but what about creating a better experience for yourself?

I approach coaching from a holistic perspective, where context is everything.

For neurodivergent women in social impact, that context is both rewarding and relentless.

You’re a visionary, a changemaker, and an advocate for justice. But the double burden of emotional labor and unrealistic expectations can leave you running on empty. We are excellent in crisis—but our nervous systems aren’t meant to live there.

Here’s the thing: We can’t examine how your nervous system operates in one space (like work) without being curious about the context that surrounds it.

For many of us, that context looks different. Some of us work remotely, while others return to offices that were never built for neurodivergent bodies and minds. Some of us are caregivers—I’m a mother of two neurodivergent boys—which profoundly impacts emotional regulation and energy reserves.

These layers of context matter. They affect everything from how we show up in meetings to how we feel at the end of the day.

And yes, even the stars shape our context. Whether you believe in astrology or not, astrology believes in you.

The larger system shapes our context. I’ll help you see the barriers for what they are—not "your flaws" but systems of inequality that need to change.

This is why my coaching approach is rooted in intersectional feminism, justice, and radical self-acceptance.

Here’s what you’ll find working with me:

  • A space to exhale, reflect, and release the overwhelm.

  • A space to unlearn the stories of "too much" and "not enough."

  • And a space to reclaim your brilliance, your self-trust, and your own definition of success.

You are brilliant—and you deserve a life fully rooted in that brilliance.

If you’re tired of navigating impossible standards and feeling like no matter what you do, it is never enough, know this: It’s not you.

You’re enough, and I’m here to help you remember that.

Investing in yourself is a radical act.

And always a good decision.

Women are taught to prioritize everyone else first—but your well-being matters too. When you choose yourself, you’re not just transforming your life—you’re transforming the world around you.
